Welcome to my webpage! I recently completed my PhD in Government at Cornell University. In August 2017 I begin as a Post-doctoral fellow at the School of Politics and Global Studies at Arizona State University. Previously, I held a pre-doctoral fellowship at UCLA School of Law's Williams Institute.
I use statistical analysis, archival and legal research to study how states engage with and respond to international law. More specifically, I research international human rights and humanitarian law, conflict diamond regulation, and international LGBT rights.
On this website, you will find a description of my dissertation, information on my current research projects and teaching, along with my CV. Please contact me if you would like to know more about my work or if you would like to tell me about yours. I am always glad to receive and provide feedback.
