Welcome to my webpage! Beginning in August 2017, I am a Post-doctoral fellow at the School of Politics and Global Studies at Arizona State University. I completed my PhD in Government at Cornell University in 2017. Previously, I held a pre-doctoral fellowship at UCLA School of Law's Williams Institute and was a visiting pre-doctoral scholar at the Browne Center for International Politics at the University of Pennsylvania.
My research primarily focuses on international law, international organizations, and human rights. I use statistical analysis, archival and legal research to study how states engage with and respond to international law. More specifically, I research international human rights and humanitarian law, conflict diamond regulation, and international LGBT rights.
On this website, you will find a description of my book project, information on my current research and teaching, along with my CV. Please contact me if you would like to know more about my work or if you would like to tell me about yours. I am always glad to receive and provide feedback.
